This is my grateful face. Thank you to everyone who has already preordered WHAT HAPPENED IS HAPPENING: Poems &/or shared about it! I really didn’t know what to expect, but I figured Tuesday would be a good day if 1 or 2 people put in an order. Well as of today, half of the planned first print run is accounted for, which is exciting and so heartening. This is a gift I’ve wanted to give for a while, and to know there are people ready to receive it is no small deal.
Preorders are always important for authors for various reasons. But for an indie project like this, they literally pay to print the book and send it you. This is still a one-woman show over here, so just know that I’m seeing every order as it comes in, every comment, every message. And each one makes me smile in its own special way.
